Material:

Water resist, 0.76mm /0.5mm / 0.3mm thickness PVC,PET,ABS plastic material same as credit card,not paper composite.

Standard Size:

85.5mm x 54mm  /  3.375” x 2.125”

Printing:

Offset print, full color printing both sides, plastic cards are printed in 1 color to 6 or more colors,standard in 4colors, colors counting is according to the design.

Production Process:

Round corners, Die-cut, gloss / matt / figured lamination, Laser / UV coating, embossing, foil stamp, with/without magnetic strips, signature strips, barcode,chip.

MOQ:

1000copies each design, but 3000copies are the most economical minimum quantity.

Packaging:

Wrapped by opp bag and middle box, packed into standard export cartons, then packed onto solid pallets.

Timing:

Estimated 24~48hours for sample, and 7~10days for bulk production.

3 hours forward to Shanghai Seaport Store(by sea or air).

3 days finish Chinese customs and placed into ship by sea, and 1 day by air.
