Description:
For our product Automated Nucleic Acid Purification, there are two types of Auto-Pure series, Auto-Pure16A and Auto-Pure 32A to meet customers different needs. They are desktop devices, which is easy to operate. It can purify DNA and RNA from different starting materials (such as blood, cultured cells or bacteria, tissues, cell-free body fluids and plant samples) by using magnetic separation technology so as to be applied in the fields of genetic testing, food testing, drug development, and water body testing etc.
Automated Nucleic Acid Purification uses a magnetic bar to transfer particles in each purification stage of binding, mixing, washing and elution, thus providing a solution with the shortest hands-on time.DNA and RNA purification has high quality and high molecular weight.Auto-pure16A can accept up to 16 samples at the same time, while Auto-Pure 32A can accept up to 20 samples at the same time. The maximum sample size is 1ml.
